U 2015. godini proslavljamo 77 godina članstva radioamatera Rumunije u IARU. Ove godine IARU proslavlja 90 godina osnivanja. Tim povodom biće aktivni radioamateri iz Rumunije sa specijalnim pozivnim znacima YO90IARU, YP90IARU, YQ90IARU and YR90IARU.
We intend this way to inform the ham radio community about these events and to create the frame of a very intense activity in the bands allocated to the amateur service traffic.
The station will be active in all the bands and works mode starting with the 1st of February 2015 and until the 31st of December 2015.

IARU – the 90 anniversary (1925 – 2015}
Rule for IARU-90 diploma.
On the occasion of the celebration of 90 years since the foundation of IARU in 1925, the Romanian Ham Radio Federation creates the “IARU – 90” diploma. This year Romania celebrates 77 years since it become member of IARU.
For receiving this diploma you need to obtain at least 100 points.
The station that in 2015 will have “IARU” as suffix, will give 10 points only one time no matter the band or the works mode are. It is necessary that at least one of them to be in Romania (YO90IARU, YP90IARU, YQ90IARU, YR90IARU)
Any other station from Romania worked in 2015 will give 1 point only one time no matter the band or the works mode are.
For every supplementary 100 points you can receive a high class diploma.
You can send the requests on IARU-90@hamradio.ro until the deadline of 15 January 2016.
The electronic diploma is free of charge. The printed diploma will costs 5 euro.
